How to Open RustDesk and Find Your ID

Follow these simple steps to open RustDesk and share your secure connection details with our team. Please make sure you have verified you are speaking with our staff on (07) 3209 4950 before proceeding.

  1. Step 1: Download and install RustDesk by Clicking Here or visit https://rustdesk.com.
  2. Step 2: Once downloaded, open RustDesk "rustdesk-1.3.9-x86_64" from your Downloads folder or your browsers downloads tab.
  3. Step 3: The RustDesk window will display two boxes labeled:
    • Your ID — a 9-digit number (used to identify your computer).
    • Password — a secure, random code (used for connection verification).
  4. Step 4: Provide your ID and Password only to our verified staff member while on the phone with (07) 3209 4950.
